Josh is as high quality as they come.  He's a born leader and people gravitate towards him.  He could be a great recruiter for UCM.

it is hard to believe it will be 5yrs this fall since he finished up.  it was tremendous to be able to see him ome back from that devastating of an inj and have success in '05.  it will be wierd seeing these nwms guys in cms colors.

being that we're 16yrs into mel's unprecedented run it's just a wonder it hasn't happened more before now.

They still have at least one spot to fill on that staff at UCM.  Would stand to reason that it also gets filled with a coach with NW ties.
